Vital Obs Donegal was established in late 2020 by husband & wife team Paul Stevenson & Aine Callaghan who are based in Ramelton, Co. Donegal.
We provide a range of Health & Safety classes including all types of First Aid aswell as Reflexology.
Paul is a PHECC registered Emergency Medical Technician and a PHECC registered Instructor in Emergency First Response & Cardiac First Response-Advanced.
He is also an Irish Heart Foundation/American Heart Association registered Basic Life Support instructor.
Paul is also qualified in Dental Nursing with Dublin Dental School & Hospital/Trinity College in 2004 & also holds National Certificate in Oral Health Promotion gained with NUIG in 2015.
Aine is a qualified Nurse & Midwife and is also qualified in reflexology and is registered with the Irish School of Reflexology & Wellness in Traditional Foot Reflexology.

- Fire Safety & Marshal Instructor
- Abrasive Wheels Instructor
- Infection Control Instructor
All our Medical First Aid Instructors are registered Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) at levels from EMT/Paramedic/Advanced Paramedic or registered Nurses/Midwives with experience in working with the HSE. They come with a wealth of knowledge working in Ambulances and clinical settings.
