Fire Safety Awareness
The Fire Safety Course is aimed at personnel in the workplace to understand how fires can ignite, identify fire hazards, the use of the different fire extinguishers to include maintenance and the procedure on how to assist in a building evacuation with the designated Fire Warden/Marshal.
Fire Wardens/Marshals will complete the Fire Safety course as well as the additional training involved in in the role of the Fire Warden

It is a legal requirement by all employers to provide basic Fire Safety Awareness training in the workplace.

2.5 hours of instruction
Method of Delivery
The course is facilitated by an instructor who will use PowerPoint presentation and practical sessions to guide you through the course.
Students will practice using real extinguishers for real effect.

Upon successful completion of the course, students will be issued with a certificate for Fire Safety Awareness from Vital Obs Donegal. Certificate valid for 2 years.
